BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise Parks and Recreation Department’s dog off-leash program starts Tuesday, Nov. 1 at Ann Morrison Park and Optimist Youth Sports Complex. All areas of the parks are available for off-leash use from sunrise to sunset, except Boise River Greenbelt paths, parking lots, roads and playgrounds. Dog owners are reminded to please pick up after their pets and be mindful of other park users during off-leash season.

BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — A former Idaho Military Division program developer was charged Tuesday with eight counts of possessing sexually exploitative material of children. Kenneth Coulter, 72, was arrested after a Boise Police Department investigation into the possession of child exploitative material, according to a BPD spokesperson. Following the investigation, detectives routed the report to the Ada County Prosecutor and a warrant was issued for Coulter’s arrest on eight counts of possession of child sexually exploitative material.
