Did The Derricos Get A New House?
The Derricos new house is 2,076 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is located in North Las Vegas.
In the Quitclaim Deed obtained by The Sun, an individual, Domenik Leason Bryan, sold his five percent stake in the home to Reec Enterprises, Deon's real estate company, in March 2023.
The owners listed on the 2,076 square feet house are now Deon and his company.
Derrico and his company own a separate North Las Vegas home spanning 3,084 square feet, featuring four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
The latter house is significantly larger and more suitable for the Derricos, providing them with ample space.
The Derricos house featured in the show is 2,400 square feet.
In order to logistically accommodate all their kids, the busy parents decided to turn their theater room into a nursery.
During filming Season 1, Derrico offered a few behind-the-scene glimpses of their house.
Before filming wrapped up in September 2019, the nursery appeared to have been taken over by the production crew, who used it as a temporary studio.
Derrico and his wife positioned a large table right up against their kitchen, with tall stools for seating, ensuring all 14 kids could dine together.
Additionally, the family also has a vacation home in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Deon Derrico shared a photo of the property in February 2019.
In the Season 4 premiere, Derrico faced significant challenges due to their cramped house, especially when the boxes of inventory for Karen's new business started cluttering their living space.
Although Karen didn't reveal any spoilers, she encouraged fans to "stay tuned" to new episodes of Doubling Down With the Derricos to discover if the family finally moves into a larger home.
With Deon owning two houses in Las Vegas, fans are eager to know where the family will finally settle down.
