Following weeks of protests that have become a fixture in Moscow – and the mass arrests and detentions that they've come to be associated with – there's a new team taking over the town.Russia's OMON, a special police force commonly described as the riot police, has been hard at work rounding up both protesters and innocent bystanders during the protests.
It seemed only a matter of time that someone would come up with a bit of digital satire to represent their heavy presence on the streets. One clever web user created the Telegram OMON bot – submit any photo and the boys in black will be waiting for you.
